“Purchase this book for your library for a variety of reasons – the subject matter, dual language presentation and the beautiful illustrations. Students will be curious to explore more about the
artist and the medium after such a wonderful introduction.”
-South Sound Review on Pedro and the Monster Eaters/ Pedro y los Devoradores Monstruos

Have Christina come visit your school!

She will customize her presentations to fit any age group of children. Younger grades will have a book reading and learn what the career of an illustrator is like. She will show examples of how she creates a picture book from start to finish, including the research required to make her pictures. Children will also have the opportunity to see some of her original paintings from her books and ask questions. They have so much fun when they get to participate in a drawing or painting lesson to make a character from one of her books! Contact her today to discuss in person or remote visits. Each school that books a visit will earn a free copy of one of her books for their library!
